For 2:1\u003cbr\u003eratio racks, you don’t have enough weight to do lat pulls, low rows, or belt squats from each upright. For 1:1\u003cbr\u003eratio racks, it’s too heavy to jump 10LBs per handle when doing chest flys and many other exercises, such as\u003cbr\u003ecable Y raises or face pulls.
